Head Coach Chris Haag, West Elk High School - Chris Haag graduated from Olpe High School in 1993.  He obtained his Bachelor of Science from Emporia State University in 1998 and completed his Masters of Science from Pittsburg State University in 2012.
Chris teaches K-12 physical education and weightlifting for West Elk USD 282.  He also serves as an assistant principal for the Patriots. 
He has been the football coach for West Elk the past 13 seasons and they have won three district championships during that time.  The 2013 season for the Patriots was their best ever as the team finished with a record of 9-1. 
Chris has been married to his wife Megan for 10 years and they have two children, Macy 9, and Trent 8. 

Assistant Coach Steve Tiernan, Osborne High School - Steve Tiernan graduated from Tipton High School in 1988 and Fort Hays State University in 1993. 
After graduation, Steve taught and coached at Liberal High School for four years.  He then taught and coached at Baileyville B & B High School for nine years.  He currently teaches weight training and coaches football and track at Osborne High School. 
During his 13 years as a head football coach, Steve has an overall record of 129-22.  His teams have won three state championship titles and have finished as state runner-ups three times.  He has been the Kansas Eight Man Football Association treasurer for the past 10 years. 
Steve and his wife Stephanie have three children, Jake, Haley, and Tate.

Assistant Coach Anthony Blair, Central Burden - Anthony Blair graduated from Elgin Public Schools in Elgin, Nebraska in 2006. He then attended Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, Nebraska where he played football and obtained his Bachelors of Arts in 2010.
Anthony began his coaching career at Cheylin High School in Bird City, Kansas. He is currently teaching 7-12th grade weights and PE and is the head football coach at Central High School in Burden, Kansas. 
During the past 5 years of coaching football, Anthony’s combined record is 28-20.
Anthony has been married to his wife, Ailysa, for two years and they live in Winfield, Kansas.

Joel Broeckelman, Rock Hills High School, Mankato, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Rock Hills High School.
His football statistics and accomplishments include 3225 yards rushing, 9.1 average rush per carry, 100.8 yards per game average, 67 rushing TD's, 4895 all purpose yards. He was selected KR/PR 2012 All District Honorable Mention running back, All State Running back 2015, K-Prep 8 Man DI Offensive Player of the Year (2015). He holds six school football records including rushing yards and touchdowns.
In 2011 Rock Hills qualified for the state playoffs and in 2012 they made a state championship appearance.
In basketball, Joel was the assist leader at Rock Hills, named Honorable Mention PG junior year and team captain junior and senior years. In track, Joel placed 3rd in the 100m at the state track meet in 2014, set the 100m dash record at 10.95; and was a member of the 4x100m relay team that placed 7th at the state track meet his freshman year. Joel batted near .500 in American Legion baseball.
He is a member of CYO, works at Bob's Inn, was a 2nd grade soccer coach and attended the Prayer and Action Mission Trip.
Hobbies and interests include playing sports, Kansas City Chiefs and Royals fanatic, coaching soccer and fishing.
Activities and honors in high school include NHS, FBLA and FCA member, Kansas Honors Program recipient, Salutatorian of class and class president.
His parents are Rod and Susan Broeckelman and he plans to attend Wasburn University and study physical therapy.

Quenton Adkins, Hope High School, Hope, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Hope High School.
His football statistics and accomplishments include 4 year varsity letter winner, selected 2013 All-League Defensive Back and 2014 All State Honorable Mention Wide Receiver. Hope was the Wheat State League champs in 2011 and 2013.
In other sports, Quenton was a 4 year varsity letter winner in basketball. Hope was the WSL Champs and Sub-State champs in basketball in 2012. He was also a 4 year letter winner in track, in 2013 and 2014 he was the WSL champ in the mile and 2 mile and qualified for the state track meet in 2014.
Quenton loves to play sorts and is interested in the medical field. Activities and honors in school include class vice president all 4 years, member of National Honor Society, FBLA vice president and stucco president in 2014.
His parents are Gordon and Lorrie Adkins and he plans to attend Tabor College, play football and major in pre-med.

Tyler Holt, Sedan High School, Sedan, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Sedan High School.
Football stats and accomplishments include 2013: All League SCBL 2nd team quarterback, 2nd team linebacker; 2014: All League SCBL 1st team quarterback, 2nd team linebacker; All-State Honorable Mention quarterback; Independence All Area Honorable mention quarterback, linebacker; 2014 Sedan MVP, Best Offensive Player.
Football statistics include: 1,930 passing yards, 30 passing TD's, 689 rushing yards, 14 rushing TD's, 188 tackles, 10.5 TFL, 6 int's, 8 fumble recoveries, 1 FF, 1 kick return TD, 18 receptions for 120 yards and 3 TD's.
In 2011 Sedan was the SCBL champions.
In baseball, Tyler was selected All-League WJL catcher 1st team in 2013 and 2014 and Honorable Mention All State Catcher, 2013 and 2014.
Tyler participated in the Tyro Christian Church mission trips and enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, pickup basketball, working out, playing video games and traveling.
Honors and activities in school include NHS, Letterman's Club, FCA and FFA.
His parents are Mick and Lisa Holt and he plans to join the Marine Corps, then the FBI or CIA.

Brandt Wolters, Osborne High School, Osborne, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Osborne High School.
Football stats and accomplishments include 2051 receiving yards, 139 total receptions, 14.8 average yards per catch, 44 total TD's, 385 total tackles, 20 total tackles for loss, 7 total sacks, 38 total 2 point conversions, 5 total interceptions.
In 2012 Brandt was selected 8 Man Honorable Mention Team Defense; 2013: All District 1st Team End and Linebacker; NCKS Athlete of the week, Hays Daily News all-Area 1st Team, Topeka Capital Journal 1st Team All-State End, Wichita Eagle All-State 8 Man Honorable Mention Linebacker and End. 2014: Hays Daily News All-Area Super 11 Team, K-Preps 1st Team All-State End, Topeka Capital Journal, Sports in Kansas 8 Man Division I Defensive Player of the Year, Wichita Eagle All-State 1st Team, Wichita Eagle Honorable Mention All-State Linebacker.
Osborne was the District runner-up in 2014; District Champ in 2011 and 2013; Bi-District and Regional Champs in 2011, 2013 and 2014; Sub-State Runner up in 2011 and 2014; Sub-State Champs in 2013.
Brandt was a member of the 8 Man Division I undefeated state football championship team in 2013 with a 13-0 record.
In other sports, Brandt was named Topeka Capitol Journal 2nd Team All-State in basketball, he was regional and league javelin champion, placing 5th at state in the javelin in 2014.
Activities and honors outside of school include: member of Grace Brethern Church, community volunteer for Christmas store and Thanksgiving meal.
Brandt enjoys hunting, fishing, baseball and golf.
Activities and honors in school include: Kansas Association of Youth board state rep 2 years, FCCLA member 4 years, Sunflower Ambassador, Stuco president, class vice president 2 years.
Brandt's  parents are Marty and Allison Wolters and he plans to attend Seward Community College and play baseball.

Andrew Bruna, Hanover High School, Hanover, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Osborne High School.
Football stats and accomplishments include: 2014: selected Twin Valley League All League 1st team, The Varsity Kansas.com All-Class Team offense (All 8 Man I), Wichita Eagle All State 1st Team 8 Man Division I, Topeka Capital Journal All State 8 Man Honorable Mention; 2013: Twin Valley League All League 2nd team.
Stats include 2013: 1,195 passing yards, 816 rushing yards and 36 total touchdowns; 2014: 1,906 passing yards, 813 rushing yards and 61 total touchdowns.
In 2014 Hanover was the TVL District, Regional and Sub-State Champs, finishing as runner-up at state.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include: basketball: Hanover was sub-state runner up in 2012 and TVL Champion in 2013. Andrew was selected for the Sunflower Shootout and Northeast Kansas All-Star game. He was a member of the state champion 4x100 meter relay team and the Hanover track team that placed 3rd overall at state in 2014.
Activities outside school include CCD  and CYO. Andrew enjoys fishing, hunting, sports and drawing.
Activities and honors in school include: Honor Roll, National Honor Society, FBLA state and national qualifier, forensics, Christmas Ball candidate, homecoming candidate, H-Club, All Academic Team, Wendy Heisman State Finalist, Rotary Student of the Month.
Andrew's parents are Alan and Marie Bruna and he plans to attend Kansas State University and study pre-med.

Keenan Westerman, Wakefield High School, Clay Center has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Wakefield High School.
Football stats and accomplishments include: 123 completions for 2198 yards, 33 TD's and 7 interceptions with 193 carries for 851 yards and 14 touchdowns. Keenan was selected All District Quarterback in 2012, All League Quarterback and 2nd Team All District Quarterback in 2013 and All District Defensive back and 1st Team All League Quarterback in 2014.
In other sports Keenan was selected 2 time McDonald's Area Player of the Week in basketball; All League Honorable Mention basketball 2012-2013; First Team All League Basketball, 2013-2014; 2 time Centre Tournament 1st team basketball 2013-2014 and 2014-2015.
Keenan enjoys paling basketball, hanging out with family and friends and watching sports.
Activities and honors in school include Kansas Scholars Curriculum Completer and 2 time Honor Roll recipient.
Andrew's parents are Dirk and Denette Westerman and he plans to attend Wichita State University and major in sports management.

Preston Jacquinot, St. Paul High School, Walnut, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of St. Paul High School.
Football stats and accomplishments include 2012: Honorable Mention Linebacker; 2013: TRL All League, 1st Team Linebacker, Honorable Mention Runningback; 2014: 1st Team Offensive and Defensive Lineman; Honorable Mention All-State.
Preston was selected to the All Tournament team in basketball in 2014.
He works on the family farm and the weekends and enjoys hunting, fishing and going to the lake.
Honors and activities in school include: 4 years playing basketball, football and track; 2 years baseball; FBLA 4 years, Principal's Honor Roll 3 years and yearbook 1 year.
Andrew's parents are Michael and Paula Jacquinot and his future plans are undecided.

Brooks Hodges, Peabody-Burns, Peabody, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Peabody-Burns High School.
Football statistics and honors include 2014: 435 all purpose yards with 10 touchdowns, 57 tackles, 26 for a loss, 5 sacks, 2 interceptions and 1 fumble recovery. In 2014 he was selected Wheatstate League All League 1st Team, District 1A KPreps All District Honorable Mention Defensive End, Varsity Kansas.com All 8 Man Division I Honorable Mention Defensive End/Linebacker.
Peabody-Burns was 1A District Champions with an undefeated regular season in 2014.
Brooks enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, weightlifting, golf and hanging out with family and friends. He has been an honor student at Peabody-Burns.
Brooks'  parents are Preston and Lisa Hodges and his future plans are to attend Hutchinson Community College.

Tristen Wilson, West Elk High School, Howard, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of West Elk High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include: career-2299 all purpose yards, 2268 total offense, 2091 passing yards, 9 defensive interceptions; 2012 season-818 passing yards with 382 passing yards vs. Oxford; 2014 game, 307 passing yards vs. Oxford.
Tristen quarterbacked the only undefeated team in West Elk's history. They were the South Central Border League Champions.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include 2011-2012: West Elk Basketball Freshman of the Year; 2012-2013-South Central Border League Honorable Mention in basketball; 2013-2014: South Central Border League First Team, Independence Daily Reporter Second Team, Wichita Eagle State 2A Basketball Honorable Mention, South Central Border League Long Jump Champion, 2A Regional Long Jump 2nd place, Kansas State Track and Field Meet 2A Long Jump 7th place; 2014 & 2015:  South Central Border League Tournament Champions.
Activities and honors outside school include: Fellowship of Christian Athletes, United Methodist Youth Fellowship, coach youth football and basketball, Kansas Boys' State Delegate, Mid-America youth basketball.
Tristen enjoys hunting and sports.

Tristen's parents are Craig and Gina Wilson and his future plans are to attend Emporia State University.

Jacob Duffey, Uniontown High School, Redfield, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Uniontown High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include: 2013: TRL Honorable Mention Quarterback, 1st Team All-District Punter; 2014: TRL Honorable Mention Quarterback, TRL 1st Team Safety, TRL Unanimous Kicker, Honorable Mention Punter, Honorable Mention All-State Kicker, 1st Team All District Defensive Back, Honorable Mention All District Quarterback & Kicker.
Uniontown was 2011 TRL champs and reached the playoffs in 2014.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include selected 1st Team All League TRL in baseball in 2014.
Activities and honors outsides school include student leader and mentor at First Baptist Church and Pawnee 4-H Club member for 5 years.
Jacob enjoys woodworking and hands on projects, hunting, weightlifting, and sports and spending time with family and friends.
Activities and honors in school include Student Council 3 years class representative, class vice president 1 year and FCA member 2 years.
Jacob's parents are David and Debbie Duffey and his future plans are to attend college and study plastics engineering.

Mathew Pfannenstiel, Osborne High School, Osborne, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Osborne High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include selected all league. Osborne was the sub-state runner up in 2014.
Matt qualified for the state track meet.
He is president of the Dispatch CRC Youth Group.
Hobbies and interests include hunting, fishing, being outdoors, playing video games and family time. He is a member of KAY and forensics-qualifying for state competition
Matt's parents are George and Sherri Eakin and his future plans are to attend K-State Salina, majoring in aviation.

Colton Massey, Cedar Vale High School, Cedar Vale has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Cedar Vale High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include: Team Captain, 1st Team All-League Linebacker, All-State Honorable Mention Linebacker. In 2014 he had 74 solo tackles, 107 total tackles, 2 interceptions, 2 fumble recoveries, 1418 total yards offense and 21 total touchdowns.
Cedar Vale was district and bi-district runner during Colton's career.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include: All-League First Team Baseball, All League Honorable Mention Baseball, Second Team All-State Shortstop, All League Honorable Mention Basketball, Sub-State Runner-Up Basketball, 2A-1A Regional Champions Baseball.
Activities and honors outside school include: American Legion Baseball, hunting and fishing. Hobbies and interests are hunting, fishing, working on the family farm and ranch, shooting, riding motorcycles and water skiing.
Colton was a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, National Honor Society, Stand For the Silent, Big Brothers & Big Sisters, and a class officer.
Colton's parents are Todd and Peggy Massey and his future plans are to attend Kansas State-Salina, majoring in unmanned aerial systems.

Gavin Beyer, Madison High School, Madison, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Madison High School.

Gavin enjoys working on automobiles, along with trapping, fishing and hunting.
Activities and honors in school include: 4 years football and basketball, 2 years track, Top Business Math Student 2013-2014; 2012-2013 Distinguished Scholastic Achievement Award.
Gavin's parents are Jason and Cindy Beyer and his future plans are to attend college, majoring in automotive technology.

Owen Reed, Madison High School, Madison, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Madison High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include: 2011-Honorable Mention Grasslands Defensive End; 2012-Honorable Mention KPreps District Defensive End; 2012 & 2013: 1st Team LCL Defensive End, 1st Team Grasslands Runningback; 2014-FIrst Team KPreps All State Runningback, 1st Team Wichita Allstate Kicker; 2013 & 2014: Honorable Mention All-State Runningback, Defensive End Wichita Eagle, Honorable Mention All State Runningback, Defensive End Topeka Capital, 1st team KPreps District Runningback, 1st Team Grasslands Runningback, 1st team LCL Runningback. In 2013 he had 1,605 yards rushing with 23 touchdowns and in 2014 1,261 yards with 20 touchdowns.
Madison was 4 time LCL Champions, 2 time District Champs, 2 times Bi-District Champs, 2 time Regional Champs, 1 time Sub-State Champ and 1 time State Champ during Owen's career. They were undefeated in the 2011 season, 2 time Bi-District and District Runnerups, and 1 time Sub-State Runnerup.
Owen works at the Diary Queen and on the family farm. He enjoys basketball, hunting, fishing, golf, swimming and spending time with family and friends.
He has been an honor student and quiz bowl participant in high school.
Owen's parents are Russell and Francie Reed and his future plans are to attend Emporia State and major in business finance.

Dalton Foster, Waverly High School, Waverly, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Waverly High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include: 2011-2014: Varsity Letterman Waverly High School; 2013: All District Honorable Mention Defensive Back; 2014: All League and All District Honorable Mention Runningback.
Career stats include 1800 rushing yards, 500 plus receiving yards, 5 interceptions, 35 touchdowns and 75 tackles.
Waverly was Bi-District Runner-Up in 2011; Co-League Champions and Bi-District Runner-Up in 2012; Regional Runner-Up in 2013; and had an undefeated regular season in 2012.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include Basketball: 2012 Regular Season League Champs, 2012 3rd place LCL Tournament; 2015 2nd LCL Regular Season, 3rd LCL Tournament Champs. He was a 4 year letterman; Track: 2012: 2-mile state qualifier, 4x8 state qualifier; 2014: 4x8 league champs, 4x8 regional champs, 4x8 state qualifier, 3 year letterman 2012-2014.
Activities and honors outside school include member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Hartford, attended American Legion Boys State of Kansas summer of 2014.
Hobbies and interests include hunting, fishing, and hanging out with friends and family.
Activities and honors in school: All A Honor Roll 4 years, Class President 4 years, FBLA 4 years, Student Council 3 years, National Honor Society 2 years, SAFE Committee 2 years. 
Dalton's parents are Donald, Jr. and Danelle Foster and his future plans are to to attend Pittsburg State University, majoring in construction engineering technology.

Tristan McIntosh, Burlingame High School, Burlingame, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Burlingame High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include: 2014: 2nd Team All Lyon County League Defensive Line, 1st Team All Osage County, Honorable Mention All-State Wichita Eagle, KPreps 1st Team All District Defensive line, TOP 100 Seniors Honorable Mention Kansas Sports; 4 year letter winner. The strong, athletic player and team captain lead the team in tackles and dominated the defensive side of the ball. The defense did not give up 100 ads in any of the six wins. They had 3 losses.
In 2014 Tristan had 105 tackles, 6 sacks, 7 tackles for loss, 7 quarterback hurries, 48 solo tackles and 44 assisted tackles.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include varsity letter winner in wrestling and baseball.
He coached flag football for Burlingame Recreation for 2 years and enjoys hunting and fishing.
Activities and honors in school include KAYS and Ping Pong Club.
Tristan is the son of Amy Kline and his future plans are to to attend Fort Scott and play football.

Hunter Kistler, Udall High School, Udall, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Udall High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include selected All District 4 years, First Team All League 3 years, Honorable Mention All State 1 year, First Team All State 1 year.
In 2014 Udall was SCBL Champions, District Champs, Bi-District Champs and Regional Runner-up.
Hunter was selected First Team All League in baseball for 3 years, and First Team All State1 year.
He lifts weights and enjoys hunting and fishing.
Activities and honors in school include band and Scholar's Bowl 4 years.
Hunter is the son of Gary and Sherry Kistler and his future plans are to attend college to earn a business degree.

Mitch Saffle, Marais des Cygnes Valley, Quenemo, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Marais des Cygnes Valley High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 2012, 2013, 2014: All League Offense/Defense Lineman, All County Offense/Defense Lineman, All District Offense/Defense Lineman; 2012, 2013: All State Honorable Mention; 2014: All State Offensive Lineman 1st Team.
Marais des Cygnes Valley was district bi-district and regional runner up 2 years, and district, bi-district champions and regional runner up in 2013 and 2014.
Mitch was in the community play 2 years, youth group and Haunted Trails 4 years.
He enjoys biking, fishing and camping.
Honors and activities in school include Class President 4 years, FFA president 2 years, FFA VP 1 year, FFA member 4 years, Quiz Bowl 4 years, National Honor Society 2 years, Forensics 1 year, Band 4 years, Choir 2 years and American Sign Language Club Co-Founder 4 years.
Mitch is the son of Kevin and Karla Saffle and his future plans are to attend Kansas State University.

Ethan Fritschi, Hanover High School, Hanover, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Hanover High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 2012-All District Honorable Mention; 2013: All League 1st Team Offense and Defense, All District 1st Team Offense and Defense, 1st Team Topeka Capital Journal and Wichita Eagle, K-Preps 1st Team All State; 2014: All League 1st Team Offense and Defense, All District 1st Team - K-Preps, Offense and Defense, All District Team - Coaches - Offense and Defense, 1st Team All State Topeka Capital Journal & Wichita Eagle, 1st Team All Sunland Beatrice Daily Sun, All State 1st Team K-Preps. Hanover was two time sub-state runner up and one time state runner-up.
Ethan advanced to the state track meet in 2014, taking 1st place Class 1A in the shot put.
Activities outside of school include member of Hanover 4-H for 7 years and member of Religious Education Class for 4 years.
Hobbies and interests include basketball, football, fishing, hunting, spending time with friends and family and agricultural work.

Evan Zabokrtsky, Hanover High School, Hanover, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Hanover High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 996 yards receiving, 33 catches, 8 sacks; 2013: TVL 8-Man Football All League 2nd Team Defense; 2014: TVL 8-Man All League 1st Team Offense and Defense, Topeka Capital Journal All-Sate Football Honorable Mention, Wichita Eagle All-State Football Honorable Mention; lettered 3 years.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include: Track-lettered 4 years, 3rd place as a team @ State 2014, 1st place 4x100 relay, 2nd place 4x400 Relay, 3rd Place 200m, all at State. Evan lettered 3 years in basketball. The team was TVL League Champs in 2013-2014 and 2014-2015.
Evan has been a member of CYO 4 years and enjoys hunting, fishing, farming and playing sports.
Activities and honors in school include Prom Server, Football Homecoming King, Honor Roll, FFA Greenhand Award, FFA Chapter Degree, FBLA 2 years, FFA 4 years, H-Club 4 years and Weight & Training 6 years.
Evan is the son of John and Lisa Zabokrtsky and his future plans are to attend Southeast Community College, studying crops and livestock management.
