NCK Tech to Celebrate 50th Anniversary

North Central Kansas Technical College (NCK Tech) will mark the 50th Anniversary of the college with a series of events throughout the 2014-2015 academic year. North Central Kansas Area Vocational Technical School began in August, 1964, in Beloit, Kansas. The school expanded and established a satellite campus in Hays, Kansas in 1974. The Vocational School became a Technical College in 1994, is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and continues its commitment to high quality technical education.

The anniversary celebration will begin on the Beloit campus on August 23, 2014 and activities include a 5K Walk/Run in the morning and a "Golden Opportunities" dinner and auction in the evening. Individuals, businesses and alumni are invited to participate in the events, become an event sponsor and/or donate items for the auction.
