Farmway 104th Annual Member Meeting

Farmway employees and board of directors invite members to the 104th Annual Meeting of Farmway Co-op, Inc.

The 2015 Annual Meeting will be held Thursday, April 30, at the Beloit Municipal Building, 119 N. Hersey Street, Beloit. The meal will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the basement and will be followed by the business portion of the meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the upstairs gymnasium.

The business meeting will include the "State of Farmway Co-op, Inc. Address" by CEO Art Duerksen.

During the business meeting, open positions for the Board of Directors will be filled by election and the annual audit of the accounts of the corporation will be submitted. The meeting will also include a presentation of the business activities of the past year.

Producer-members will be voting on directors at the Annual Meeting. This year's expiring terms include those of Tim Porter, Glen Elder, District #1; Mike Jordan, Beloit, District #1; and Raymond Larson, Green, District #4. These gentlemen are eligible for reelection.

Members in attendance for the Annual Meeting will be eligible for door prizes.
