Anthony Blair will be the Head Coach for the Division I East Squad. He graduated from Elgin Public Schools in Elgin, Nebraska in 2006. He then attended Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, Nebraska where he played football and obtained his Bachelors of Arts in 2010. Anthony began his coaching career at Cheylin High School in Bird City, Kansas. He is currently teaching 7-12th grade weights and PE and is the head football coach at Central High School in Burden, Kansas. During the past 6 years of coaching football, Anthony's combined record is 36-23. Anthony has been married to his wife, Ailysa, for three years and they live in Winfield, Kansas.
Mick Holt will be an Assistant Coach for the Division I East Squad. He graduated in 1983 from Dexter High School and from Emporia State University in 1992. After spending time teaching and coaching in Arizona, he decided to return to Kansas, where he spent 10 years in Cedar Vale before moving to Sedan in 2006. Currently, Mick coaches HS football, Asst. HS girls basketball, and Asst. HS baseball. In his 6 years as the head football coach at Sedan, Mick has compiled a record of 26-19. Mick teaches Chemistry, Human Anatomy & Physiology, Biology and Earth/Space sciences at Sedan. He has been married to wife Lisa for 24 years, and they have 5 children: Casey 23, Tyler 19, Haley 15, and twin girls Madison and Melody who are 11.
Chris Haag will also be an Assistant Coach for the Division I East Squad. He graduated from Olpe High School in 1993. He obtained his Bachelor of Science from Emporia State University in 1998 and completed his Masters of Science from Pittsburg State University in 2012. Chris teaches K-12 physical education and weightlifting for West Elk USD 282. He also serves as an assistant principal for the Patriots. He has been the football coach for West Elk the past 15 seasons and they have won three district championships during that time. The 2015 season for the Patriots was their best ever as the team finished with a record of 10-1. Chris has been married to his wife Megan for 12 years and they have two children, Macy 10, and Trent 9.

No. 6 - Zac Walter is a 2016 graduate of Lincoln High School. His football statistics and accomplishments include: career - 3,435 yards passing, 43 TD's; 4454 yds. rushing, 77 TD's, for a career total of 7975 yds, 452 tackles and 4 interceptions. Zac was selected 1st Team All District (offense) quarterback 1 year, 1st Team All District (defense) 3 years, linebacker and defensive back; 1st Team All-State Wichita Eagle, defense, 1 year; 2nd team All State, Topeka Capital, offense, 1 year; All District Honorable Mention, offense, 2 years; All State Honorable Mention, Wichita Eagle, defense, 1year. Zac was also selected 2nd team All League in basketball. Activities and honors outside school include St. John's Youth Group and American Legion baseball. Hobbies and interests include hunting, fishing, trapping and golfing. Activities and honors in school include National Honor Society, student council rep. 3 years, VP, 1 year; school play 4 years and forensics 2 years. Zac's parents are Chad and Christi Walter.
No. 7 - Nolan Williams is a 2016 graduate of Udall High School. His football statistics and accomplishments include: sophomore-500 yards receiving, 1st Team All-SCBL, Honorable Mention All State; junior-900 yards rushing, 900 yards passing, 1st Team All-SCBL, Honorable Mention All State; senior-1,074 yards rushing, 1,265 yards passing, 1st Team All-District, Honorable Mention All State. Udall was District Runner-up, freshman year; District, Bi-District champions and Regional Runner-Up with a 9-0 regular season in 2014-2015 and had a 29-10 overall record for the past 4 years. Nolan was a 4 year starter on the football team. In other sports, Nolan was selected All-League SCBL in basketball the past 3 years, honorable mention all-state in 2014-2015 and was a 4 year starter. In baseball he was selected 1st team all SCBL the past three years, 2nd team All State for 2 years with Udall placing 3rd in sate. He was a state qualifier in the 110m hurdles in track. Activities and honors outside school include lifeguarding, working, Western Kansas Elite AAU team member, Wichita Gray's baseball team member. Nolan enjoys hanging out with friends, animals and video games. Activities and honors in school include FFA, Math Team and FBLA. Nolan's parents are Wyatt and Stephanie Williams, and Christine Tullis.
No. 8 - Clayton Philpott is a 2016 graduate of Peabody-Burns High School. His football statics and accomplishments include:setting the school record for sacks in game and sacks in a season. He was selected 1st Team All-League 2 times; 1st Team All District Runningback, 1st Team All District Defensive End and 1st Team All -District Return Specialist. Peabody-Burns was District Champion 2 times and had a perfect regular season in 2014, 2nd time in school history. Clayton lettered in basketball, and went to the regionals in track two years. He enjoys hanging out with family and friends. Clayton's parents are Jim and Christina Philpott.
No. 10 - Lucas McMichael is a 2016 graduate of Central of Burden High School. Football statics and accomplishments include: 1st Team All League Linebacker, 2nd Team All-League Quarterback, 2014; 1st Team All-State Linebacker, 2nd Team All-State Quarterback, 2015. Central of Burden was Bi-District Champions and Regional Runner-Up in 2015. Honors and accomplishments in other sports include: placing 3rd place at state wrestling in 2014 and 2016; baseball-1st Team All-League Middle Infielder, 2013; 1st Team All-League Pitcher, 2014; 2nd Team All-State Pitcher, 2014; 2nd at state in the pole vault in track in 2015. Lucas enjoys hunting, fishing and hackysack. Activities and honors in school include Stuco, BIGS, KICC, football, wrestling and track. Lucas' parents are Mike McMichael and Karen Bannister.
No. 12 - Matthew White is a 2016 graduate of Hanover High School. Football statistics and honors include: State Honorable Mention End, 1st Team Kick Returner, 1st Team At Large, All League Defensive Back, All District Receiver, Defensive Back and Return Specialist. Matthew had 736 receiving yards, 133 rushing yards, 1765 all-purpose yards, 26 solo tackles, 9 interceptions, 757 kick return yards, 20 TD's and 142 total points. Hanover was District Champions, Regional Champions, State Playoffs and State Runner-Up. Honors and accomplishments in other sports include: state track participant, state track gold medalist, 4x100 relay champion/record holder, 4x400 relay champion/record holder, 3rd in the 400m dash at state and 2nd in the 100m dash at state. Matthew is a member of CYO and the church choir. Hobbies and interests include art, music, website design, construction and computers. Activities and honors in school include choir-State 1 rating, forensics-State Festival 1 rating, class president, Superior Honor Roll, FBLA-3rd place at State & National Competitor, Scholars Bowl-State 3rd place, Kansas Honor Scholar, All TVL Academic Team. No. 20 - James Williams is a 2016 graduate of Wakefield High School. Football statistics and honors include: selected All District, 2013, 2014 and 2015; All State Honorable Mention, 2014; All State 1st Team, 2015; 4 year letterman and 3 year football captain. Honors and accomplishments in other sports include: 2 year letterman in basketball, 1 year in track and powerlifting. Hobbies and interests include hunting, fishing and working on trucks. James' activities and honors in school include 4 years of eco-med, envirothon and choir and 6 years in band. He is the son of Mike and Gina Williams.
No. 22 - Michael Delaney is a 2016 graduate of Central Burden High School. Football statistics and honors include: 2015 selected All Area First Team Defense-Defensive End, 1st Team All District Defense-Defensive End and All State Honorable Mention Defensive End. Central-Burden had an 8-3 record, reaching the playoffs and was regional runner-up. Honors and accomplishments in other sports include 2015 and 2016 Wrestling State Qualifier. Michael enjoys hanging out with friends and was involved in Stuco, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, forensics, wrestling, basketball and track in high school. He was a State qualifier in forensics in 2014. No. 32 - Zachary Melius is a 2016 graduate of Wakefield High School. Football statistics and honors include: 4,000 plus yards rushing with 83 touchdowns. He was selected All-District the past 3 years, All-State Honorable Mention 2 years, and tied the record for the most touchdowns and points in a game. Honors and accomplishments in other sports include medaling at the state track meet in the 100, 200, 400 and 4x400 relay and at the 1A and 8-Man State Powerlifting meets. Zachary is a member of Praise and Workshop at the Wakefield Baptist Fellowship and enjoys playing video games, working outside, lifting weights and playing the guitar. Activities and honors in school include 4 years of choir and musicals, and 2 years of forensics. Zachary's parents are Robert and Tracy Melius.
No. 34 - Arrow Durant is a 2016 graduate of Rock Hills High School. Football statistics and honors include: 2015: 20 receptions, 313 yards receiving, 5 TD's, 52 total tackles, 2 fumble recoveries, 4.5 defensive sacks. He was a member of the 8 Man Division I state football runner-up team which placed 2nd in state. Activities and honors in other sports include: powerlifting 3 years, participated in the Kansas Small Schools Powerlifting state meet and track 3 years. Arrow works as a Cashier at Kiers Thiftway and a lifeguard at the Mankato swimming pool. Honors and accomplishments in school include junior class secretary, senior class student council representative, homecoming king candidate, Rock Hills basketball game broadcast team-2 years, Future Business Leaders of America-2 years (participated at Kansas FBLA State Leadership Conference in Insurance & Risk Management and Marketing), forensics-1 year, band-2 years. No. 35 - Garrett Myers is a 2016 graduate of Waverly High School. No. 40 - Robert Hutchins III is a 2016 graduate of Burlingame High School. Football statistics and honors include: 2,732 yards rushing, 10 career interceptions, 327 rushing attempts, 48 rushing touchdowns, career 8.4 yards per carry. In 2015 Burlingame was undefeated LCL champions, district champions, bi-district champions, regional champions and sub-state runner-up. Honors and accomplishments in other sports include state qualifier in wrestling in 2014 and track and field qualifier in the 300m 2014 and 2015, 4x200 and 4x400 in 2015. No. 44 - Cody Patterson is a 2016 graduate of Marais des Cygnes Valley High School. Football statistics and honors include: 2013: 2nd Team All League Linebacker; 2014: 1st Team All League County Linebacker, Honorable Mention All State Linebacker, 2nd Team All League County Tight End with 101 tackles and 3 interceptions; 2015: 1st Team All District, All League, All County Tightend/Linebacker; Honorable Mention All State Tightend; with 96 tackles and 3 interceptions. In 2013 and 2014 the team was district champions, bi-district champions and regional runner-up and in 2015 they were district runner-up. No. 45 - John Reed is a 2016 graduate of Uniontown High School. Football statistics and honors include: selected 2 time TRL 1st team running back, 3 time TRL 1st team linebacker, 2 time Divison I 1st team runningback, 2 time Division I 1st team linebacker. In 2015 Uniontown was Three Rivers League Champs, District 1 Champs with an undefeated regular season. John was a medalist at the 2015 State Track Meet.
