Head Coach: Vestal Teeter, Ingalls, has been chosen as the Head Coach for Division II West. He graduated from Meade High School in 1994 and from Newman University in 2012. He has been teaching 5th Communications in Garden City for 4 years. Coach Teeter started as an assistant coach at Ingalls High School in 2012 and held that position for 3 years. He was named head coach in 2016. After his first year as head coach, the team finished the season with a record of 8-2. He has been married for almost 20 years to wife, Jennifer, and they have three great kids: Austin 17, Ashlynn 13, and Cole 11.

Assistant Coaches: Matt Cantrell, Kiowa, has been chosen as Assistant Coach for Division II West. He brings 23 years of coaching experience to this all-star game.  Matt graduated from South Barber High School in 1990 and Bethany College in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Matt began coaching at South Barber Jr High in 1994. He moved up to become the defensive coordinator at the High School in 1996, with a State runner-up in 2002 and a State title in 2005. Matt held that position until 2015 when he became the head coach. South Barber is 15-5 in Matt's first two years as head coach. Matt came back to the family farm in 1994, and married his wife Jenny. They now have four children Grant, Gage, Grace, and Garen.  Travs Starr, Otis-Bison, has been chosen as an Assistant Coach for Division II West. He graduated from Chase High School in 1999. He played football for one year at McPherson College then attended Kansas University earning a degree in 2005 in Sports Management and Health/Physical Education. Upon graduation from college, Travis began coaching high school football, track, and junior high basketball at Otis-Bison. Otis-Bison won six regular season games in 2016 and lost three games. Coach Starr has been married for 9 years to his wife, Lisa. They have two sons, Marcus (7) and Brett (4).
