Amy Marie Culp, 48

Amy Marie Culp of Hebron, NE, the daughter of Dale and Carole (Wetherell) Culp, was born January 21, 1971 in Cozad, NE. She departed this life Friday, May 31, 2019 at The University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE.
Amy grew up in Fonda, IA, attending Albert City Truesdale grade school and graduating from Fonda Community High School with the class of 1989.
The family moved to Deshler in 1989 and Amy worked for Pioneer Inn in Gilead, Snak Shak at Alexandria State Lakes before starting her career at Blue Valley Lutheran Home as a med-aide for 14 years. God had her in just the right occupation helping and caring for the elderly.
Amy enjoyed reading, embroidery, most of all traveling and spending time with her family especially her two sisters.
She was preceded in death by her mother Carole, and her brother Chris.
She is survived by her father, Dale Culp; brother, Jerry Culp; sisters, Janelle Culp and Trish Culp, all of Hebron, NE; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hebron, NE at 2:30 PM. Officiant will be Father Rudy Oborny. Recorded hymns will be "Amazing Grace", "How Great Thou Art" and "Softly and Tenderly". Honorary casket bearers are Jocelyn Schroeder, Brad Wetherell, Lissa Wetherell, Donisha Lacy, Mickey Lacy and Suzzane Wiedel and Jim Day. Cremation was held; no visitation. Condolences may be left at www.krollfh.com. Inurnment will be in Belvidere Cemetery, Belvidere, NE. Memorials may be made in care of the family. Kroll Funeral Home of Hebron, NE is in charge of arrangements.
