Clyde Leo Blide, 91

Clyde Leo Blide, 91, passed away February 8, 2020. He was born September 20, 1928 at the rural Osborne home of his parents, Ross K. and Ava A. (Barber) Blide.
He was a retired farmer, electrician, and owner of Blide Hardware & Electric in Down.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou in 2016 and his brothers, Richard and Keith.
He is survived by his daughters, Claudia (Bill) Berkley of Downs and Carla Blide of Red Cloud, Neb.; three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Lucille Blide of St. John, and his friend Roberta Ritz, as well as many relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Downs. There will be no visitation.
Memorials may be given to the Downs Senior Citizens Center, the Downs Historic Depot, and the United Methodist Church in care of Domoney Funeral Home, PO Box 127, Downs, KS 67437
