This individual will design, configure and install Nex-Tech Information Technology supported projects, including Microsoft Windows 2008 and 2012 server platforms, network solutions along with routers, switches, network analysis, security services, firewall installation and remote management services. Analyze customer networks and provide solutions for new or upgrading existing equipment or software. Additional duties will include researching applicable new and alternative technologies, providing on-site and remote telephone technical support for Nex-Tech customers, along with educating customers in system operation and administration.
Requirements:
Associate's/Technical degree and five years of experience, or the equivalent, installing complex technology projects.
Microsoft, Citrix, Security and Wireless certification's beneficial.
