Tamie graduated high school in Torrance, CA. She was a member of the Assembly of God church in Hastings, NE where she was baptized in 2001. She married Jaman Kirkland Smith and they had three children, they later divorced. Tamie worked as a dental assistant and was a clerk at Gas-n-Shop and the Country Store. She always had a smile on her face and knew how to make someone smile. She entered the Good Samaritain Society in Superior in December of 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her children Alesha Hanson & husband Tony, Breanna Shelton & husband Nick, all of Lexington, SC; Kenise Smlth of Carson City, NE; 6 grandchildren and 2 nephews; brothers LeRoy Doyen & wife Maria of Mesa, AZ and Gregg Freeman of CA; her sister Lisa Doyen of Superior, NE; other relatives and a host of friends.
