Beloit to host 38th Annual 8 Man All Star Games
The 38th Annual Kansas 8 Man All Star Games will be played in Beloit on Saturday, June 10th. The Division II game will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Trojan Field on North Hersey Avenue. Pre-game will begin at 9:30 a.m. with introduction of the players.
The Beloit Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Pep Rally and refreshments for the players, coaches and fans on Friday, June 9th, starting at 4 p.m. at Chautauqua Park in Beloit.

Evan Stratmann, Central Plains High School, has been selected for the Division II West Squad. He is a 2023 graduate and plans to attend John Deere school. His parents are Chad and Rachelle Stratmann. Chris Steiner was his high school football coach.

Taylor Anderson, Victoria, has been chosen for the Division II West All Star West Squad. He is a 2023 graduate of Victoria High School and plans to attend NCK Tech College in Beloit for welding. His parents are Josh and Jennifer Anderson and his high school football coach was Doug Oberle.

Kacen Anthony, Satanta High School, has been selected for the 2023 8 Man Division II West Squad. He is a 2023 graduate of Satanta and plans to attend Wayland Baptist University and study physical education and play football.

Dalton Bice, Thunder Ridge, has been selected for the Division II West Squad. He is a 2023 graduate of Thunder Ridge High School and plans to attend college and start is own business. His parents are Tony and Lisa Bice and his high school coach was Joel Struckhoff.
Football statistics, accomplishments and honors include: 1193 total rushing yards, 170 carries, 609 receiving, 51 receptions, 30 pnk blocks, 414 total tackles, 38 TFL, 21 sacks, 3 int., 6 fumble recoveries, 4 caused fumbles, 32 touchdowns and 42 conversions.
He was named NPL Football 1st Team Runningback, NPL Football defensive Line, NPL Football 2nd Team Linebacker, All District Tackling Leader, Fist Team All State Defensive End and First Team Runningack.
