Charlene Foster, 89

Charlene Marie Foster, 89, passed away June 24, 2020 in Beloit. She was born to Carl and Della (Ottley) Lutgen on January 31, 1931 in rural Downs, Kansas.
She is survived by her children, Mike Foster of Downs and Marcia Helton of Concordia; five granchildren and seven great-grandchildren; her brother Leon Lutgen of Salina, Mary Jane Spencer of Newton, Iowa, Lois Churchill of Glastenberry, Connecticut, Loretta Kovar of St Mary, Kansas, Mardella Dearing of Eudora, Kansas.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles, June 1, 1985.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 27, 2020, at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Downs. There will be no vigil or rosary service.
Domoney Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be given to St. Mary's Catholic Church and Downs Senior Center.
