Melvin D. Seehafer, 94

Melvin D. Seehafer, 94, passed away on November, 19, 2020. He was born October 27, 1926 at home east of Hunter to Otto W. and Hattie (Remus) Seehafer.
Melvin and Eldora were united in marriage on April 13, 1952. He was lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Hunter. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Eldora; granddaughter Shannon; sister Ila Fern Streit Nelson.
Survivors are sons, Galen (Marilyn) Seehafer, Rodney (Janet) Seehafer; four grandchildren, Megan Seehafer, Sabrina Seehafer, Jason (Darci) Seehafer, Mary (Zach) Hlad; and seven great-grandchildren, Nash, Briggs, Lennox, and Kelvi Seehafer, Cason, Camden, Whitten Hlad.
Family-only memorial services will be on Monday, November 23, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hunter, but will be livestreamed to the public on the Church Facebook Page. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church. Roberts Family Funeral Services, Beloit, is in charge of arrangements.
