Dawain D. Koerber, 63

Dawain D. Koerber, age 63, entered into rest on Friday, January 14, 2022 at the Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems, Beloit, Kansas. He was born on September 25, 1958 in Concordia, Kansas to Edward and Elma (Ming) Koerber.
Dawain was a 1976 graduate of Clyde High School.
Dawain married Cam Isaacson on February 14, 1998 and they later divorced. To this union two children were born Katie and Joshua.
Dawain farmed with his dad, throughout his life. He was also a truck driver, and was self-employed for many years.
His hobbies included motorcycles, antique tractors and he was a gun enthusiast.
He is survived by his daughter, Katie Koerber, Manhattan, Kansas; a son, Joshua Koerber, Concordia, Kansas; a sister, Mary Bailey (Mike), Wichita; his two brothers, Eldon (Phyllis) and Lyle (Rose), both of Aurora, Kansas; best friend, Jeff and Regina Wallace, Concordia, Kansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Elma Koerber.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia, with Pastor Al Paredes officiating. Burial will follow Sulphur Springs Cemetery, Aurora, Kansas.
Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. with family greeting friends from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at the funeral home.
The family suggests memorials to the Concordia Food Pantry in care of the funeral home.
