8 Man Division I East Squad 2025

Beloit to host 40th Annual 8 Man All Star Games Saturday, June 7. The Division I All Star Game will be played at 1:30 p.m.

#55 – Colton Kewley, a 2025 graduate of Chase County High School, has been selected for the Division I East Squad.
He is 5'9" tall and weighs 199 pounds. He played Defensive Line and Tight End in high school football. His high school coach was Derick Budke. His parents are Janell and Bill Kewley. His future plans are to obtain an Exercise Science degree at Butler Community College.
Achievements include 1st Team All Grasslands Defensive Lineman in 2024, Eight Man Division I All State Honorable Mention 2024; 2nd Team All Grasslands Defensive Lineman 2023, All District Honorable Mention Defensive Lineman 2023, All District 1st Team Defensive Lineman 2024, All District Honorable Mention Offensive Lineman 2024.
Activities and honors outside of school include weight lifting; Academic Honors in School: Honor Roll 2021, 2024 & 2025.

#12 – Cade Brokes, Sylvan Unified High School, has been selected for the 8 Man All Star East Team.
He is 6'4" tall and weights 235 pounds and his position is defensive end.
Ben Labertew was his high school coach.
Future plans are Business Management and Football.
Parents are Allan and Michelle Brokes.
School league and district records include: All District Junior and Senior Year in football. All State Honorable Mention Junior year, All State 1st Team 2025.
He was on the front cover of Kansas Pre-Game and featured in VYPE.

#1 – Luke Budke is a member of the Division I East squad. He is a 2025 graduate of Chase County Jr-Sr High School. He is 5'9" tall and weighs 159 pounds. He plans to attend ESU and pole vault. His position was T-Back and Safety.
His parents are Coach Derick Budke and Tiffany Budke.
School records include All District Unanimous 1st Team, DB, Utility and Return Man, 1st Team Specialist Return Man, Honorable Mention Defensive Back, Honorable Mention Top 100 Small School Seniors.
Honors and accomplishments include: State Champion 4x100 and 4x400 and runner up in Pole Vault; Academic or activity honors in school include: National Honor Society, Honor Roll, All League Academic 1st Team 4 times.

#4 – Colton Isch, Madison High School, has been selected for the Division I East All Star squad.
He is 6'1" tall and weighs 165 pounds. His position was quarterback, corner back and his coach is Nathan Teichgraeber. Parents are Justin and Liz Isch.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include: basketball-KSHSAA stat leader board, LCH 2nd team, SIK All State Honorable Mention, KSHSAA All State Honorable Mention, Wichita Eagle All-State Honorable Mention, State Qualifier in track sophomore and junior years.

#20 – Lucky Cherico, Sedan, has been selected for the Division I East All Star football game.
He is a 2025 great of Sedan High School. He is 5'10" tall and weighs 210 pounds. He plays Offensive Line and Defensive Line. His Coach was Nick Holt.
Parents are Rico and Karla Cherico.
He plans to attend Coffeyville Community College on a football scholarship.
School/District/State records include: 1st Team All League O-Line & D-Line, All District 1st Team O-Line and D-Line, 1st Team All Area O-Line and HM D-Line, HM All-State O-Line, HM All State All Seniors, All Area HM O-line Junior Year.
Honors in other sports include: Twice placed 5th at 2A State Powerlifting, 3 times league golf champion.

#6 – Landon Doty, Chase County High School, has been selected for the game. He is 6'2", 175 pounds, he was defensive back and wide receiver.
His coach is Derick Budke. His parents are Lane and Kristen Doty.

#14 – Trent Haag, West Elk High School, has been selected for the Division I East Squad. He is 6'2" tall, weighs 185 pounds. Positions include Quarterback, Defensive Back. His coach is Chris Haag.
His parents are Chris and Megan Haag.
He plans to attend Kansas State University majoring in Wildlife and Outdoor Enterprise Management.
School, league and district and state achievements include: holds school records for most touchdown passes in a season (23), touchdown passes in a year (49), passing yards in a career (2,690). He was selected 1st Team All League at Quarterback and Defensive Back, 1st Team All Area Quarterback and Defensive Back, and 1st Team All State.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports: 1st Team All League and Honorable Mention All State Honors in Basketball.

#21 – Aiden Hekele, Central Plains, has been selected for the Division I East Squad. He is 6'2" tall and weighs 195 pounds. He plays linebacker and tight end. His high school football coach was JD Johnson. Parents are Beau and Char Hekele.
He plans to attend college.

#2 – Dayton Stephen, Hill City, has been selected for the Division I West Squad. He is a 2025 graduate of Hill City High School. He is 6'0" tall and weighs 175 pounds. He played Runningback, Safety and Receiver. His coach was Travis Desbien. His parents are Dave and Kelly Stephen. His future plans are to join the Air Force.
Achievements received include Single Game Receiving Record 256 yards, 1st Team 2024 All NCL, Wichita Eagle 1st Team, KSHAA 1st Team, SIK 1st Team.
Other sports sophomore year 6th place at State Wrestling, junior year 3rd at State Wrestling.

#7 – Cooper McDill, Rock Hills, has been selected for the Division I East Squad. He is 6' tall, weighs 175 pounds, his positions include quarterback, kick return and pre-safety.
His high school coach is Wyatt Flinn. His parents are Amy and Landon McDill.
His plans are to attend Kansas State and get a Bachelor's degree in News and Sports Media.

His parents are Mike and Sherry Hutchinson and Meagan Skahan. His future plans are to attend SEK Tech College.
School district and league records include: 1st Team Unanimous All 3 River League Runningback and Defensive Back, 2 times Honorable Mention Kicker 1st Team All State Athlete.

Rayden Myers, Oswego, has been selected for the Division I East Squad. He is a 2025 graduate of Oswego High School. He is 6'1" tall and weighs 215 pounds. He plays offensive line and defensive line. His high school coach was Matt Fowler. His parents are Alyssa Murphy and Christopher Myers. He plans to attend Pittsburg State University for Plastics Engineering and Mathematics.
Achievements received include All League Honorable Mention Defensive Lineman, All League Unanimous Defensive Lineman, All League Offensive Lineman, All State Honorable Mention Defensive Lineman. Accomplishments in other sports include: 4 time All Academic Award in Basketball.
Activities and honors outside of school include: 2 WOW Awards, MVP in Babe Ruth All Star Basketball.

Oliver Nobert has been selected for the Division I East Squad. He is a 2025 graduate of Clifton-Clyde High School. His parents are Lance and Megan Nobert. He plans to attend KSU and major in Agronomy.
His coach was Russ Steinbrock.

#5 – Logan Renken, Little River High School, has been chosen for the I East All Star Football game which will be played at 1:30 p.m. in Beloit.
He is 6'3", 190 pounds. His position is quarterback and punter.
His parents are Rhonda and Terry Renken. His future plans are dentistry. His coach is Kevin Ayers.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include: 1st Team All State Basketball 3 years, All Wheat State League 4 years.
Academic or activity honors include: StuCo Class Representative and Honor Roll.

#56 – Victor Ruiz-Torres, Ell-Saline High School, has been selected for the Division I East Squad.
He is 5'10" tall and weighs 210 pounds. He played center and nose guard for Ell-Saline High School. His coach was Joe Roche. His parents are Cristina Torres and Victor Ruiz.
Future plans are to get a Bachelor's Degree in International Business/Economics and later on get a Law Degree.
Individual achievements include: Sports in Kansas Top 100 Seniors (3A & Below), Sports in Kansas: All-State 8 Man I 1st Team Offensive Line, All District Team 8 Man Division 1, District 3 1st Offensive Line and Defensive Line.

He is 6'2" tall and weighs 170 pounds. His positions are runningback and defensive back. His high school coach was JD Johnson. Parents are Paul and Melanie Schreiber.
School, league and state achievement records include: All League 1st Team Runningback, All District 2nd Team Runningback, Honorable Mention Defensive Back.

#77 – Jacob Tillberg, Ell-Saline, has been selected for the Division I East All Star Game.
He is 6'3" tall, weighs 210 pounds, and plays Offensive Line and Defensive Line. His coach is Joe Roche. Parents are Alan and Mindy Tillberg. He plans to attend Hutchinson County Community College to study Fire Science and become a Firefighter.
Football achievements include: 8 Man I All Star Football Honorable Mention, Top 100 Seniors Small Classes 3A & Below Honorable Mention, All District Team in 8 Man Division I District 3 Offensive 2nd Team; All District Team 8 Man Division I District Defensive Honorable Mention.
