Funeral Services for Daniel J. "Dan" Baxa, age 57 of Beloit will be held at 10 AM Friday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Burial will be at 3:00 PM at St. Isidore's Cemetery, Cuba.
Mr. Baxa died Tuesday. Survivors include his wife Virginia of the home, his mother Theresa Baxa of Beloit; his father and mother-in-law Jerome and Kay Boden of Beloit; children Amy Schwein (Eric) Wamego, Jason Baxa (Nikie) Bugg, Beloit, Luke Baxa (Erin) Osborne, Jerrod Baxa, Beloit, Levi Baxa, West Palm Beach, FL; sisters Annette Burks (Max), Jewell, Kathleen Jones (Jan) Randall, Becky Burcher (Allen), Kinsley; 6 grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to St. John's Memorial Trust Fund or Dan Baxa Memorial for Waconda Lake. Visitation will be from 4:30 PM until 7:30 PM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church where the Parish Vigil & Rosary will be held at 7:30 P.M. McDonald Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
