Karen Sue Breault was born Karen Sue Odette on November 27, 1945 in Kansas City, Missouri, and passed away on September 13, 2022 at Wesley Hospital, Wichita, Kansas.
Karen graduated from Notre Dame High School in Concordia, Kansas, and then attended Brown Mackie Business School in Salina, Kansas. She was married to Don Breault for 57 years. Karen resided in Clay Center, Kansas, where she worked at the Printery Print shop for over 25 years. She retired in 2009 and moved to Wichita to be closer to family and volunteered at Good Shepard Hospice. Karen enjoyed traveling and going on cruises, her dogs, reading, and listening to audiobooks.
She is preceded by her parents, Alcide and Alexine Odette, and is survived by her husband, Don; sons, Jeff (Shelly), Brad (Laura), and Kevin (Amanda); four grandchildren and brother, Ron Odette.
Rosary services will be held at 7 pm on Thursday, September 15, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 124 N. Roosevelt St., Wichita, Kansas, followed by funeral services at 2 pm on Friday, September 16. Rev. Matthew Siegman will officiate.
Interment will be in Ascension Cemetery, 7200 E. 45th St. N., Bel Aire, Kansas.
