The Mitchell County Commissioners conducted their weekly meeting at the Courthouse Monday morning, October 17th. All Commissioners and the County Clerk were present for the meeting.
As fate would have it, the agenda was clear of any items for consideration by the Commissioners. They took some time to touch base with one another on the many important ongoing project under their review.
A neighborhood revitalization had been submitted by the Robert Burda Revocable Trust of Cawker City. The Commissioners approved their application for a 40' x 60' x 14' Treb building with a 20' x 60' lean-to in the amount of $84,000.
The Commissioners entered into a ten-minute executive session with County Treasurer Yvonne Melton to discuss non-elected personnel. No action was taken as a result of that closed session.
Having addressed all the items before them, the meeting was adjourned.
