Jane Evelyn Myers was born on April 24, 1948, in Superior, Nebraska, the daughter of Clarence and Daisy (Bell) Myers. She passed away on March 19, 2023, at the Jewell County Hospital in Mankato at the age of 74.
Jane graduated from high school in Wichita, and later relocated to Mankato. She enjoyed bowling and to draw.
She is preceded in death by her parents and an infant son, Steve Wingfield.
She is survived by her brother, Charles; sister, Janet; aunts and friends. She is also survived by the nurses and staff at the Jewell Co. Hospital ISB, who were her adopted family for the last 30 years.
Graveside memorial services will be Friday, March 24, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at the Burr Oak Cemetery with Pastor Thadd Hinkle officiating.
Memorials are requested to the Jewell Co. Hospital Activity Fund, and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
