Brooke Alaina Clausen, 41 of Beloit, passed away on May 20, 2026 at Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems. She was born on April 7, 1985, in Beloit KS to Jack and Cindy Clausen.
Brooke grew up in Glen Elder and moved to Beloit after graduating from Beloit High School in 2006. She dedicated 20 years of service to OCCK where she formed many lasting friendships and made a difference in the lives of others through her sweet and energetic spirit.
Brooke had a deep love for her family, especially her nieces and nephews, who brought her endless joy. She always looked forward to spending time with them whenever possible. She enjoyed going to the farm and checking cows with her dad, visits with her brothers and regular trips to Pump-mart with her mom for a Dr Pepper. Brooke will be remembered for her gentle heart, loving nature, and the happiness she found in being in the company of ones that loved her.
She is survived by her parents, Jack and Cindy Clausen of Glen Elder, KS; her brothers Ashley (Dana) of Glen Elder, KS and brother Taylor (Ashley) of Beloit, KS and seven nieces and nephews: Graham, Bennett, Finley, Langstyn, Crew, Maxlyn, and Reeves. Aunts and Uncles: Jerry and Judy Dean, Elaine Dean, Chris and Deanna Clausen. She was also survived by her OCCK family and her 20 year roommate April.
She was preceded in Death by Grandparents Lloyd and Erma Dean of Glen Elder. Lewis and Barbara Clausen of Cawker City. Uncles Tony and Carol Clausen and of Downs and Ron Dean of Glen Elder.
Visitation will be from 1-7 PM, with family present from 5-7 PM Friday, May 22 at the Roberts Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on May 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at First Methodist Church of Glen Elder. Graveside services will follow at Glenwood Cemetery, Glen Elder, KS.
Memorials may be given to the Clausen Family to be used for the Glen Elder Christmas Light Display, or the First Methodist Church of Glen Elder.
Brooke's love for her family and the memories she created with them will be cherished forever by all who knew and loved her.
