Emma Rose Kegle, 80

Emma Rose Kegle, age 80, entered into rest on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Cloud County Health Center, Concordia, Kan. Emma was born in rural Clyde, Kan., on November 4, 1939 to Louis and Goldie (Marcotte) Derousseau.
Emma was a 1957 graduate of Clyde High School, Clyde, Kan.
On August 23, 1958 she married Edward Kegle at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Joseph, Kan.
Emma was a member of the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Catholic Daughters of America, both of Clyde.
Survivors include her husband, Edward of the home in Clyde; six children, Louis Kegle, Clyde, Kan., David Kegle, Modesto, Calif., Anne Kegle, Hayward, Calif., Robert Kegle (Debbie), Oakley, Calif., Eddie Kegle, Minneapolis, Minn., Edith Kegle, Ormond Beach, Fla.; sister, Elaine Begnoche (Dean), Clyde, Kan.; 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Goldie.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 5, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary Service held at 7:00 p.m., with family receiving friends after the Rosary Service all at the Chaput Mortuary in Clyde.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 6, 2020 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Clyde, Kan. Burial will follow in the Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Clyde, Kan., with Fr. Steven Heina officiating.
