Gregg Allen Lawless, 59

Gregg Lawless, 59, of Osborne, KS, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2020 at the Osborne County Memorial Hospital. Gregg was born on August 5, 1960 to William J. and Martha K. (Stevenson) Lawless in McCook, NE. He was one of several children.
Gregg attended and graduated from Palisade Public school in 1978. He then attended a trade school to become a lineman. He helped his dad and grandpa on the farm. He stacked hay and guaranteed his stack would never shift or fall. Gregg worked at Miller Weeder in Stratton, NE, for a year, was a lineman for SWPPD until 2009 and in Osborne, KS, as a lineman until he had a debilitating stroke.
Gregg is preceded in death by his son, James Madison Lawless, on October 2, 2019 and both of his parents.
Gregg is survived by his wife, Connie of the home; son, Jeremiah Skye Lawless of Osborne; daughter, Jasmine Faith-Marie Lawless of Osborne; sisters, Brenda (Wayne) Daniel of Palisade, Neb., Marj (Guy) Rundbeck of Palisade, Neb.; brothers, Kenny Lawless of Waunita, Neb.; William "Mike" (Nettie) Lawless of North Platte, Neb.; daughter-in-law, Amber Lawless of Omaha, Neb.
Memorial service will be held 1:30 PM Monday, February 17, 2020 at Free Methodist Church, 724 W. Main St., Osborne, KS.
